Happy Thanksgiving!

Okay...maybe it's not quite time for Thanksgiving, but it is time to start making your cards.

This is a new image from Stampendous called Classic Thanksgiving . I stamped the image on cream colored cardstock with Versamark ink, then embossed with JudiKins Metallic Copper embossing powder.

<-----Click to enlarge the image.

The edges of all the layers were distressed with my Paper Distresser and sponged with ink to age. I accented the stamped image with Tombow markers for added color.

The decorative paper is a scrap I've had for forever, so I don't know who makes it. The metallic ribbon is from May Arts. So....surprise your family and friends with a card this Thanksgiving!

AND....don't forget to register for the Dreamy Treats. Someone is going to win. It could be you!

I love the simplicity of this beautiful card! The distressed edges make this look almost like an heirloom more than a greeting card! You've managed to outdo yourself once again :)

Hi Michelle, I have been away for a bit trying to work out some kinks in my own blog, but I am back again...and WOW have you been busy! I love all your samples...and even though you didn't design that butterfly one...AMAZING! I really like the thanksgiving one for today...that stamp is beautiful...and the papers are just so rich. Gorgeous examples...I am so glad I didn't miss them.
