For my neice...

I needed a sweet little card to put in the mail this week for my neice. She's having a birthday, and she also just graduated from Louisiana Tech with her degree in photography. She definitely needs to camp out at my house and give me some tips! Seriously! ! !

The stamp set I chose to make this card is from My Favorite Things, and it's called
Bundle of Bouquets . I stamped the main image on watercolor paper using Versafine Onyx Blank ink, then embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder. The image was colored with my Tombow markers, then punched out with a Marvy Mega Oval punch. I used a Marvy Giga Scalloped Oval punch for the purple layer behind the main image.

The sentiment and little butterfly are also in the Bundle of Bouquets stamp set. Isn't that little butterfly adorable?

The designer paper is from KI Memories. You will notice that I even lined the envelope.

Happy Birthday, sweet Devon! I'm so very proud of you! I hope you like your card.....AND the check inside. :-)
