Live in the moment...

I've been REALLY busy working on some things I can't share with you until next week, but I did take time out to make this quick and easy card. Sorry for the crooked photo. I don't know what's up with that!

The stamp is from the Hero Arts clear design stamp set called I Care Frames . I used one of the other stamps in this set a few weeks ago to make THIS card.

I stamped the image on watercolor paper using Versafine Onyx Black ink, then embossed with detail clear embossing powder. I colored the image with Tombow (water based) markers, then colored the background as well. The larger butterfly was stamped colored, cut out, and laid over the base layer using my Quickie Glue Pen to adhere it in the center.

I added a couple of Multi Colored Mini Rhinestones to the antenna. Again, I used my Quickie Glue pen for the adhesive.

The designer paper is from the NEW Breaking Free collection by My Mind's Eye. Isn't it pretty? It's actually the reverse side of the pink and white polka dot paper. The cardstock I used is Blush Red Prismatics light, and Iced Teal Prismatics .

The string around the Iced Teal mat and the bow is May Arts Pink Burlap String .

Gosh, I think I'm actually a little bit ahead of schedule tonight. How did THAT happen? Surely I forgot to do something. LOL!

Thanks for stopping by. I will be back soon, and hope you are too.

Until then...

Pretty Pretty! I LOVE how you wrapped the burlap string around the frame and tied it at the bottom! Great sentiment, great card!
