This is a card I made quickly tonight to show you one of the many options for this image.
This stamp is from JudiKins, and it's called Jeans Pants . One of the great things about this stamp is that you can easily make it masculine OR a feminine, depending on how you choose to embellish the image.
I stamped on white cardstock using Ranger Adirondack Denim ink . Before cleaning my stamp, I stamped off just the belt portion of the stamp on a scrap of white cardstock to make a pattern for the belt. I then used my pattern to cut my belt out of decorative paper. Using a craft knife, I made slits on each side of the belt loops, then slid my belt underneath them. Cool, huh?
To make the pocket I used JudiKins Jeans Pocket to stamp again on white cardstock with Denim ink. I cut out the stamped image, and adhered over the pocket section of the Jeans Pants image.
To embellish my pocket I used the same decorative paper and a scallop punch to cut a strip, then adhered it to the top of the pocket. A little Stickles Glitter Glue was added to the scallops on the pocket and the edges of the belt.
This card is really simple and easy. I'll make another one soon to show you a sample of a masculine card using the same stamp.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a very happy Friday!
