Yes...it really IS time to start thinking about Christmas cards! Can you believe it? And yes...it was 97 degrees here yesterday! :D
This card uses the new Hearts Come Home set from JustRite Stampers. I stamped the sentiment on Blush Red Dark Prismatics and embossed with JudiKins Detail Gold embossing powder. The border was stamped on watercolor paper and colored with Tombow Markers .
The frame behind the squares is Spellbinders Fair Isle Pendant cut and embossed in Blush Red Prismatics cardstock. I hand-cut a layer of Herbal Garden Prismatics to go behind the red layer. The gold pearls are from my stash.
The corner treatment is made from the same JustRite frame that I used on the card. I stamped it on Blush Red, embossed in gold, then colored with Prisma colored pencils. After cutting it out with square Nestabilities I angled the edges. The flowers are from Prima, and the designer paper is Basic Grey Wassail .
