Masculine JustRite Sailboat

I know my last few posts have been JustRite images, but I just had to ink up this gorgeous sailboat from their By The Sea centers & borders set. It has been calling my name for a while now! :D
I stamped the image on watercolor paper using Onyx Black Versafine ink, then embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder. I colored the image using Tombow Markers and used a damp paint brush to blend. I added a little Antique Linen Distress Ink to the edges of the larger sentiment oval to give it an aged look.

The layer behind the main image is Crabapple Prismatics dark, embossed with a Tim Holtz Burlap Texture Fade folder. It was then cut with a Spellbinders Labels Eight nestability.

All the designer paper is from the Basic Grey Oliver 6 x 6 paper pad. LOVE that paper...it's great for masculine cards. The large eyelets are from my stash.

I hope you all had a great weekend. Was yours as short as mine???

Thanks for stopping by!

So many stamps, so little time! It's hard to decide what to use next. Love these colors with this stamp. Great design. It turned out just beautiful!

I'm curious about the Spellbinders - is the grey done with Spellbinder or did you hand cut it. I can't figure out how to get the larger background size for the die that close to the top layer.

You did a fantastic job on this card. Thanks for sharing.
