Onion Roasted Potatoes

I'm still working on filling my Recipe Album with some of my favorites. It's a work in progress, you know.

This Onion Roasted Potatoes recipe is a sure winner every time! It's SO easy to make, and the perfect side dish for so many main dishes! I typed the recipe in Microsoft Word using the CK Becky font which you can download FREE from Becky Higgins Blog .

The stamp I used is from the Cookbookin' stamp set called Cookin' Up Memories . The designer paper is from the My Mind's Eye Jack and Jill Paper Kit . The cardstock is Island Mist and Classic Red Prismatics .
What I love (more than these potatoes) is how adorable the recipe card looks in my Recipe Album sitting on my kitchen counter! :)

This is the recipe made using white potatoes, but you can also make it using sweet potatoes if you prefer. Doesn't this look yummy?

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I always love it when you do.

Its 10 AM here in NY and even though its early, I am so craving those potatoes! They look so delicious, I could quite easily devour an entire plate of them if they were in front of me! Thanks for sharing.
Your recipe album looks so sweet and I'm sure the recipes you are adding to it are just wonderful.

Pretty recipe page and the potatoes look yummy. Went to a luncheon yesterday for a couple of girlfriend's birthdays. The hostess had a side dish of sweet potato fries. She had cut them in strips, peel on, sprinkled with olive oil and baked in the oven. Really good with no seasoning at all-she said she usually adds some salt but didn't yesterday. tfs
