Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar

I found this recipe on allrecipes.com a couple of weeks ago, and I've already made it twice! It's soooooooo good! And it's actually pretty low in calories, too! What a bonus THAT is!

The only change I made to the recipe is that I suggest using about half as much balsamic vinegar as it calls for. Other than that, I just followed the recipe.

So of course I had to make a recipe card for my Recipe Album . I printed it on white cardstock and left a space for my stamped image. The image is from the Cookbookin U R Cookin' clear stamp set.

I stamped the image once on a scrap of Classic Red Prismatics cardstock, then again on watercolor paper. I paper pieced the images, then colored the lids with a black Tombow Marker . The designer paper is from the My Mind's Eye Jack & Jill paper kit. The knife on the back is chipboard from the Maya Road What's Cookin' mini chipboard set. I sponged silver metallic ink on it, then covered the handle with designer paper.

This is what the recipe looks like cooking in the skillet. YUM!

And this is the recipe card in my Recipe Album sitting on my kitchen counter.

Be sure to let me know if you try the recipe, okay?

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you're having a terrific Thursday! If not, hang in there. It's almost Friday! :)

Perfect timing! I was thinking of something different to do with my chicken breasts for dinner tonight to go along with the lemon-ginger asparagus. Thanks for sharing it!
