Warmest Wishes

Sorry I've been absent lately. A very dear friend of mine was killed in an accident last week, and I've taken a little time to grieve and regroup. He was SUCH a great guy, and a genuine friend. He was truly loved by many, and there is no doubt that our world is a better place because he was in it. He will be sorely missed.

On to my card...

Both the image and the sentiment are from Penny Black's Warmest Wishes cling mount stamp set. I stamped on watercolor paper with Onyx Black Versafine ink, embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder, then colored with Tombow Markers . The edges were distressed then sponged with Tim Holtz Distress Ink .

The designer paper is from the Basic Grey Jovial 6 x 6 paper pad. The cardstock is Classic Red and Herbal Green Dark .

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. I hope you will come back to visit again soon.
