Kilkenny Cross

I hope you all had a good weekend. I know I did! But gosh...was it short, or what?

I managed a tiny bit of stamping time today to make this cart. And oh my, was it a fun one to make! The stamp is Kilkenny Cross by Holly Berry House. One of the reasons I love this stamp so much is because it's so versatile. Depending on the colors and verse you choose to stamp on the inside, it could be great for a sympathy card, confirmation, thinking of you, or even Easter or Christmas!
I stamped it 3 times on Sage Green Prismatics light, and three times on cream paper, which is the reverse side of the MME French Flea Market designer paper I used for my background. The ink I used is Colorbox Evergreen pigment ink. I embossed with Detail Clear embossing powder. The cut out layers were adhered using foam tape for dimension.

I cut a panel with my Curved Rectangle Mega Nestabilities as a background for the cross. The edges were distressed using Ranger Antique Linen distress ink.

The pearls are actually Snow White pearls colored with a Copic C5 marker.

This last photo is just to show you the dimension. Lots of layers, huh?

Thanks so much for stopping by tonight. I always appreciate it when you do!
