Eternal Bliss

I think this image is just way too cute! It is called Transported by Penny Black. Honestly...I don't know who names their stamps!

I stamped it on watercolor paper using Versafine Onyx Black , then embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder.

The stamped image was colored using Tombow (water based) markers and a blender pen. I added a layer of JudiKins Diamond Glaze to each of the balloons to make them look shiny and a little more like plastic.
The sentiment is also from Penny Black, and is called Eternal Bliss .

I used a corner rounder on the sentiment panel and all four corners of the card panels. My Cuttlebug dies were used to make the ribbon slider.

The designer paper is from the Basic Grey Cupcake paper pad, and the ribbon is May Arts Red/White Stripe .
