I stayed home from work again today...still sick, but feeling marginally better. Maybe in another day or two I will be back to normal. I hope?
I did manage to do two things today. I made this card, and unloaded the dishwasher...in that order! That was the total extent of my exertion! Other than that, I was on the couch or in bed all day! You can't imagine how unusual that is for me!
This card was inspired by one made by my idol Debbie Olson . You can see her card HERE . I think everything she does is just over-the-top gorgeous!
The stamp is from Wordsworth. I absolutely adore the elegance of their images! This stamp is called Love and you can buy it HERE .
The image was stamped using VersaMark ink, then embossed with detail white embossing powder.
I used my Concave Corner Punch on each of the four coners, then layered it twice. I love the little pearlized brads in each corner. I will be adding them to my store soon.
There are actually two ribbons, a white dotted May Arts ribbon layered on top of a pale pink sheer ribbon, then tied a bow.
The designer paper is from Stampin' Up, and is called Holiday Harmony.
That's it for me tonight. I'm posting a bit early so I can get back to bed! Thanks so much for all your sweet comments and well wishes! You guys are absolutely the best!

how did you manage to create such a beautiful card while you feel so bad? You're amazing! I LOVE this DP, it makes everything look so rich and velvety. I love how you doubled the ribbon and tied it too, and what a great stamp! It's just a beautiful card! You take good care of yourself and just veg and sip chicken soup until you feel better. Get well soon!
So pretty! Love the stamp and the ribbon treatment! Hope you feel better! Take care of you!!
I absolutely love this card...It is so elegant!! I also love the way you doubled your ribbon. I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to try this one. Hope you get to feeling better soon!!
