Glorious Day!

I am so loving these new Wordsworth stamps!

This one is called Hope Your Day . Isn't that font gorgeous???

I used VersaMark ink to stamp the image on cream colored cardstock, then embossed with JudiKins Malachite embossing powder. It's hard to see in the photo, but the embossing powder is green with specks of copper, so it matches the designer paper perfectly!

I distressed the stamped panel using Ranger Peeled Paint Distress Ink, then distressed the edges using my Tim Holtz Paper Distresser .

The corners are from the Cuttlebug Vintage Corner Die set, and the designer paper is called Light Green Vine from My Mind's Eye.

I am feeling better today, and even forced myself to venture out to pick up a perscription in town. Since I was so close to Michael's I stopped in to see if there was anything I couldn't live without. After all, I had a 50% off coupon!

As I wandered aimlessly through the store I happened upon Martha Stewart cards and lined envelope sets for $1. Yep, that's right...ONE DOLLAR! I wasn't sure whether it was my illness or euphoria making me light headed. What a great find!!!!! I bought 10 sets, then called my friend Nancy to tell her so she could get some of them too. I hope she got there in time! It's the little things in life that make us happy, isn't it? LOL!

Thanks so much for stopping by. I will have something new for you tomorrow.
