Is this little fellow cute, or what?
The main image is Penny Black's Dressed To Scare rubber stamp. I stamped it on watercolor paper using Onyx Black Versafine ink, embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder, then colored with Tombow Markers . I stamped just the hat again, colored it and popped it up with foam tape. The image and the Prismatics Orange layer were cut and embossed using Spellbinders Inverted Circles . The Majestic Purple layer is Spellbinders scalloped circles.
The sentiment is Impression Obsession's Boo Eyes cling mount stamp. It was cut and layered onto Spellbinders Fancy Tags . The designer paper is from My Mind's Eye's Blackbird Paper Kit .
