Cheesecake Party?

You may not have noticed this, but I seem to inadvertently post my least favorite cards on Tuesdays. For some reason Denise and I were talking about our tankers a while back, and "Tanker Tuesday" came up in conversation. I guess it just stuck in my subconscious! LOL!

I soooooo didn't want this card to be * a tanker*! It's a birthday card for a very dear friend of mine...and her birthday is today. Sadly ,sometimes the MOJO just doesn't cooperate with our own schedules, dang it!

The stamp I used (and LOVE) is Penny Black's Cheesecake Party . Isn't it adorable???

I stamped on watercolor paper using Onyx Black Versafine ink, then embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder.

The stamped image was colored with Tombow (water based) markers and blended with a damp paint brush.

The designer paper is My Mind's Eye Penny Lane collection called Tiny Dancer . The cardstock is Island Mist Prismatics and Crabapple Prismatics .

Happy Birthday Laurie ! I love ya, and I'm thinking of you! Your card (and a nice surprise) will be in your mailbox when you get home!

Thanks to all of you for stopping by today.

How cute, this is one of my favourite stamps. Mine is from the clear set-critter party which I bought from you. Here is one of my cards using this stamp
